I stayed in the Lancemore King Room for four nights and was very impressed by the hotel’s location, which is its greatest feature. Being within Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone made getting around the city center cost-free and easy. Flinders Station is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing convenient travel to farther areas without hassle. The King Room itself is spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and immaculate cleanliness throughout. The service was exceptional — I arrived before check-in and they kindly stored my luggage while I went out, then had it delivered to my room by the time I returned after dinner. This warm, thoughtful gesture made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Given its combination of location, service, and room quality, I will definitely choose Lancemore Crossley St. again on my next Melbourne visit.

舒適、乾淨、時尚設計感，空間佈局合理， 設施：喝咖啡太友好了，各種茶包。各種飲品豐富，還有各種酒，紅酒，酒杯，雞尾酒杯。前台服務友好禮貌，需要物品迅速送達，總之，體驗感好極了，距離chinatown很近，各種美食，中餐，泰餐，義大利餐，越南餐廳，日式餐廳，酒吧，位置好極了，去哪裡都很近。

Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel about 15-20mins walk from city centre and can pop onto tram in free tram zone. Toilet bowl had a smelly drainage smell which holds presence in the air everytime you flush, was pretty unpleasant.

酒店三星加水平，但由於澳網期間，房價很貴，比在雪梨住的五星酒店還貴，而且不帶早餐，所以覺得很不值。先説好的，前台美女服務員態度挺好，每天也有按時打掃房間，酒店位置也不錯。不好的一堆。房間不大，衞生間更小，洗完澡浴巾不知道是不是應該扔地上，總之沒筐什麼的放。住了八個晚上，基本沒換床單，因為床單上有一處汙漬，一直都在。我也沒指岀來，覺得自己睡的也許比換了的還乾淨。很不信任這個酒店。鋪床也鋪的亂七八糟，床褥都跑偏哪裡去了，也不給鋪正，每天我自己拽。杯子刷不乾淨，茶漬都在。這麼貴的房價，連免費瓶裝水也不提供，每天自己買水喝。

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lancemore Crossley St. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The room was modern, comfortable, and super clean. We loved the attention to detail, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish and convenient spot in Melbourne!

國內漢庭水平左右的硬件，在谷歌上是四星酒店，酒店服務較好，衞生方面居然把有腳印的浴巾掛在浴室沒有清理，其他沒什麼特殊的也沒有太差的。露台不在頂層而在第五層，很小，較為一般。電梯裡的宣傳視頻是一個畫眼線的中年鬍子男，不注意偶爾會嚇人一跳。
